Train your drivers.
The three things every driver needs to know on day one.
1Share these with your drivers
Send these links to your drivers ahead of time. Printing the one-page guide for the cab is a good idea too.
Scan to download Tread App
Print the one-page guide and put it in the cab of each truck. Drivers can scan the QR code to download the app or reference it on day one.
2The driver app, step by step
Three steps from app open to load delivered. Tap any step to expand it.
Available on App Store and Google Play, or go directly to link.tread.io/app from any phone.
Drivers sign in with their phone number, then enter a one-time code sent by text. No password required.
- 1Enter phone number
- 2Receive text verification code
- 3Enter code, signed in
Tread tracks driver location only while a job is active. No tracking outside active jobs. Allow location access when prompted.
Everything happens from the cab. The driver accepts and starts the job, adds a scale ticket, then stops the job when the load is delivered.
